Our Team
We have worked hard to build an impressive team of internationally-known (and nationally recognized) names.
Paula Stern, CEO
Paula founded WritePoint in 1995. She is the longest standing RoboHelp MVP, having received this distinction in 2000, shortly after the program's inception. Paula was given RoboGURU status in 2002 (according to Work Write, Inc., founders of the RoboGURU program, "being a RoboGURU isn't a certification; it's an acknowledgment of excellence and achievement in user assistance practice and instruction. The RoboGURU creed and logo can only be used with the permission of Work Write, Inc."). When eHelp was acquired by Macromedia, Paula was asked to become a Macromedia Team Member, and remained a member of this group until the company's acquisition by Adobe. As of February, 2006, Paula was given the additional title of Adobe Community Expert. Regardless of the title, Paula continues to serve the help authoring community in Israel and abroad.
Paula is Israel's leading, independent RoboHelp trainer and has been giving organized RoboHelp workshops as well as in-house RoboHelp courses for the last ten years. She is the list owner and moderator of Techshoret and MarcShoret, and a long-standing moderator on HATT (Help Authoring Tools and Techniques). She is also a past Acting-President, Vice President, Secretary, Editor, and Convention Coordinator of STC-Israel. More recently, she founded the RoboHelp-Israel Group and the Jerusalem Technical Writers Group, and is responsible for coordinating both the Techshoret Communicators Conference and the MarcShoret Communicators Conference each year.

He has many years of experience in highly technical documentation, specializing in the fields of telecommunications, mobile technologies, and data communication.
In addition to teaching parts of our Technologies Series, Lazer is an experience CAD developer and designer and is director of our Hardware and Software sales division. Under his guidance, WritePoint has become Microsoft partners, authorized Adobe resellers, Madcap resellers and more.

The program includes an integration of AutoCAD, a database application, and a design module.
Prior to his aliyah, Lazer worked for Schindler Elevator Corporation (formerly a Westinghouse division). At Schindler, Lazer supervised all departmental computer operations, including research, purchase, installation and training of computer usage by personnel. His responsibilities included work on all hydraulic elevator development programs and maintenance (including scheduling, budgeting, testing, and production). During his time there, Lazer designed and evaluated completely new hydraulic components for lower cost/better performance and received several patents for innovative design components. Ezriel Yellin, Director of Training and Senior Project Manager
After several years away, adding more experiences and knowledge to his impressive portfolio of skills, Ezriel has returned home to WritePoint as our new Director of Training and Senior Project Manager. Ezriel brings over 15 years of experience with him, years of creating technical documentation for several of Israel's hi-tech companies. Ezriel is, at heart, a teacher, and though he continues to handle several documentation projects (both as senior technical writer and as a mentor for junior writers) here at WritePoint, he is also responsible for choosing many of the courses we will be offering in the months and hopefully years to come. Ezriel is in charge of scheduling the courses, lining up the instructors, and ensuring that our courses continue to provide our students and clients with the knowledge they need to enhance and develop important skills.
Ezriel is a long time FrameMaker user, and brings his knowledge to the WritePoint Technical Writing Class as one of the instructors. Finally, having worked for several years to complete his smicha (Rabbinical Ordination) in a number of areas, Ezriel has graciously accepted the title (forced upon him by others), as WritePoint's resident Rabbi.
As co-list owner of Techshoret, Ezriel also helps welcome attendees to the annual Techshoret Communicators Conference, in a time honored tradition that helps start the day with laughter and smiles. Ezriel is married to an incredible lady and helps fill the Children of WritePoint ranks with three delightful additions.
