WritePoint's founder, Paula Stern, is recognized as the leading RoboHelp expert in Israel. Not only does she share her expertise on Techshoret, the Israeli technical writing list she moderates, but she is also active on HATT (Help Authoring Tools and Techniques list) and in Macromedia's Community Forums.

Paula has been a RoboHelp MVP since 2000, shortly after the program's inception, and remains the longest serving MVP. She is also the only internationally recognized help expert to be given this distinguished title. Paula was given RoboGURU status in 2002 (according to Work Write, Inc., founders of the RoboGURU program, "being a RoboGURU isn't a certification; it's an acknowledgment of excellence and achievement in user assistance practice and instruction. The RoboGURU creed and logo can only be used with the permission of Work Write, Inc."). Finally, when eHelp was acquired by Macromedia, Paula was asked to join the Macromedia Team Member, and is now in her third term.

Paula is Israel's leading, independent RoboHelp trainer and has been giving organized RoboHelp workshops as well as in-house RoboHelp courses for the last seven years. She is a moderator of Techshoret and HATT (Help Authoring Tools and Techniques) and is a past Acting-President, Vice President, Secretary, Editor, and Convention Coordinator of STC-Israel). She has recently founded the RoboHelp-Israel Group, which meets every other month to discuss issues related to RoboHelp and online help development.
