MEGAComm Program and Registration

We have completed loading most of the sessions – we have three more we have to confirm. In the meantime, the technical writing side of the conference is strong and final. The marketing side is incredibly varied as well. We have a combination of sessions for very experienced writers and new writers; “Marcom” and “techcom”; tool demonstrations and industry topics.

For tech writers, we have presentations on the new versions of RoboHelp, FrameMaker and DocToHelp. Two international guests are coming in just for the conference – one to lecture on Simplified Technical English, another on Information Mapping! We have a session on Resumes and Job Interviewing for job-seekers, and a Job Fair where you can leave your resume and where companies can collect resumes of potential candidates.

For Marcom professionals, we have Alan Weinkrantz will be speaking on Strategic Public Relations for The Israeli High Tech Company. Ahuva Berger will be lecturing on Twitter for B2B (with case studies). Charlie Kalech on Conversion Optimization. Nadine Wildmann will be presenting the Ins and Outs of WordPress. We have a session on A Trade Show Took Kit, one on email Marketing Tips (tentative), and more!

We have two amazing keynote speakers: Jeff Pulver will open in the morning; Danny Ayalon will close in the evening and many networking opportunities. Adobe has agreed to sponsor the conference and will be raffling off a copy of the just released Technical Communicator Suite 3 (containing FrameMaker 10, RoboHelp 9, Captivate 5, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat).

Other sponsors will be raffling off items at the end of the day as well! Finally, the full price of the conference is 800 NIS (900 NIS for those who show up at the door or register after February 15th). We are extending our last discount for a few more days – until January 30th.
