We have a long list of satisfied customers that we have pleased with our documentation and consulting services. They range from large, multinational corporations to demanding, energetic startups. From the smallest company to the largest, we offer our clients our expertise, our talents, and most important, our loyalty.

For some, we have acted as their entire documentation team. For others, we have supplemented their own staff, offered consulting services, converted their existing manuals to online help, trained their technical writers, updated existing manuals and documented new products.

In an industry too often plagued with companies looking to outbid and undercut prices, rather than focus on providing outstanding documentation, we are known for the quality of our work, our dedication, and our willingness to put in those long hours when needed. We have made a name for ourselves by volunteering our knowledge to help others in the technical writing community by volunteering information on local and international lists and by helping organize events nation-wide. In return, we have been rewarded with a long list of clients who praise our work ethic and our documentation products.

One of our competitors once approached one of our writers and tried to find out about our customers. Dismayed to have been approached unexpectedly, the writer called the WritePoint offices, asking advice as to what to say and how to avoid similar situations in the future.

Our response was one of humor - we have posted our customers above, for all to see. We are proud to have worked with these companies and hope to continue working with each one in the future (well, except those who have sadly closed their doors). 

And one final word: we prefer to work with clients who want to work with us...and so we hand over all source files at the end of each project, we offer our loyalty above and beyond the scope of the project and believe, very firmly, that our customers come to us by choice, not blackmail.
