Flash is a very popular authoring software for creating interactive animation for the web. You will learn all of the essentials for creating Flash files - from simple animated logos to full scale Flash web sites.

2 sessions per week for 5-weeks

• The basic Flash environment and fundamental concepts
• Stage settings
• Creating the Timeline and layering
• Using the Library panel
• Creating content for delivery over the Internet
• Using the drawing tools and the Property Inspector
• Importing media elements
• Creating symbols and adding animation
• ActionScript™ code interactivity basics
• Using pre-built drag-and-drop user interface components and behaviors
• Making media-rich Flash applications by including pictures, sound, video, and special effects
• Tips and shortcuts
